No. Beginners are welcome. Our 100-Hour and 200-Hour TTCs are designed for all levels. Each student receives personal guidance to progress safely and confidently.
To join a 300-Hour TTC, you must have completed a 200-Hour TTC from a Yoga Alliance registered school. For the 500-Hour TTC, students can directly enroll in the combined 200+300-hour integrated program.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival before the course starts.
