  • 10:00 – 11:00 AM Yoga Philosophy (lectures, discussion)

  • 11:30 – 12:30 PM Anatomy / Sequencing / Adjustment / Teaching Practice

  • Schedule 12:30 PM To 10:00 PM

  • 12:30 – 02:00 PM Lunch & Rest

  • 02:00 – 02:30 PM Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation)
