Ayurveda, the “Science of Life,” teaches that true health is achieved when body, mind, and spirit exist in harmony with nature. This retreat brings that wisdom to life through a combination of Ayurvedic treatments, balanced diet, daily yoga practice, and guided meditation. Each program begins with a personal consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor to determine your Prakriti (body constitution) and create a customized healing routine.
Whether you join for one week or two, this retreat is a chance to pause, detoxify, and realign yourself — physically, mentally, and energetically — in the birthplace of yoga and healing, Rishikesh.
