The 100-Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training at Swaroop Yogic Life is a 2-week foundation course designed to help you deepen your personal practice, understand the roots of yoga, and begin the journey toward becoming a certified yoga teacher.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this course brings together traditional Himalayan wisdom and modern teaching methods in a peaceful and inspiring environment.
It covers Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar Alignment, Pranayama, Meditation, Mantra, Yoga Nidra, Anatomy, Philosophy, and Teaching Methodology.
Classical asanas, alignment, use of props, breath coordination, and body awareness.
Traditional Primary Series practice with adjustments, sequencing, and flow mechanics.
Daily breathwork and meditation practices from the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic tradition.
Study of core concepts from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and Vedanta.
Functional anatomy, injury prevention, sequencing, adjustment, and teaching skills.
Deep relaxation, sound vibration, and energy harmonization.
Guidelines for sattvic diet, cleansing kriyas, routine, and mental balance.

07:00 - 07:30 AM : Ayurvedic Herbal Tea Break
07:30 - 09:00 AM : Hatha / Iyengar Yoga Class (Asana, alignment & awareness)
09:00 - 10:00 AM : Breakfast
10:00 - 11:00 AM : Yoga Philosophy (Patanjali, Gita, and Yogic principles)
11:30 - 12:30 PM : Yoga Anatomy / Sequencing / Adjustment / Teaching Practice

02:00 - 02:30 PM : Yoga Nidra (Guided Relaxation)
02:30 - 03:00 PM : Mantra Chanting (Sanskrit, sound, rhythm, meaning)
03:30 - 05:30 PM : Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Class (Led / Mysore-style practice)
05:30 - 07:00 PM : Dinner & Personal Time
08:00 PM - 09:30 : Evening Meditation & Celebration / Satsang
10:00 PM : Lights Off – Rest & Prepare for Next Day
This course is suitable for:
Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Swaroop Yogic Life, recognized by Yoga Alliance USA.
You can later enroll in the second 100-hour module to complete the 200-Hour TTC and become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
